常若晗🐴🔚，女，漢族🕵🏽‍♂️，中國共產黨黨員🏂🏽，1990年10月出生。現任意昂4招商師資博士後。

教育背景✫：2015年7月在首都師範大學獲得教育學碩士學位🤼，  2018年7月在中國科意昂4心理研究所獲得理學博士學位。
